Possibly Epiphyllum oxypetalum (Queen of the Night) which is an old pass-along type epiphytic cacti houseplant. Have you ever seen it bloom? Does it bloom at night?

I believe I am leaning towards Chamaesyce hypericafolia, Graceful Sandmat .......https://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/134630/ Think I will let it grow for a while and just see if I like it in the pot. Doesn't say it is a weed, or invasive so don't think I have any problems with it.

As you probably don't have a greenhouse try cutting the tops off, potting up and storing in the garage as resting plants until next spring. And kept just moist enough that they don't die. If you have a bright window in the garage place them near that in the spring so that they start growing new tops early enough in the season to amount to something after you move them out for the summer in May or June. Also if winter conditions ever occur there where serious freezing inside the garage is possible then they will have to be moved into a warmer area during this time. And moved back out to the garage as soon as the sharp cold is over.

I can't see the size of the vine but I imagine it could be transplanted if it's not too big. However, you don't know what the fruit quality might be like on a seedling pant and you need both male and female plants to get any fruit at all.
