Bluestar Platinum Range Burner and Door Configuration Help Please

I was planning on getting the 48" Bluestar RNB but then the salesperson convinced my husband (who doesn't cook) that we should get the platinum. I argued at first but then I decided why fight it? I have the option of configuring my burner arrangement but can't figure out the best way. There are 8 burners: simmer, 2x15K, 18K, 2x22K and 2x25K. Here are my preferences: - simmer and 25K should not be near each other so that 25K doesn't add heat to the simmer (in that vein, simmer should probably be either rear far right or rear far left) - whatever 2 burners I use for grill/griddle should be same front to back (ie both 22K) - there definitely needs to be at least one 25K in the front Also, has anyone done oven doors left-hinged or right-hinged? I would appreciate advice/comments regarding the configuration of oven doors too. Thank you! Thank you! The advice here has been invaluable to me.
