Comments (6)Stopped by Pymatuning Lake and the famed spillway where people toss bread into the water. Carp gather in the bowl of the spillway so thick that it is said that ducks walk on their backs competing for the bread. The walkways and surroundings have been added to make it a very attractive area since I was there 10 years or so ago. The fish were thick in the bowl of the spillway yesterday, but the water was so dark and choppy, I didn't get any decent pics of them. Comments (11)This little guy was born beneath my studio window in August. If I'd known the doe was there giving birth, I could have watched the entire thing, but I didn't see them until she had him pretty much cleaned up. That is a lot of snow! 9 years agoBusy today!! My camera club went on an outing to the Ferryland lighthouse yesterday (an hours drive from the city). We stayed for sunset but it was cloudy so there weren't any spectacular colours. This was taken before sunset.
