Calling all Ben. Moore white experts

We are building a new house, and I have settled on a very neutral and light palette for all walls. Gray owl, moonshine, paper white, halo, white wisp, horizon are some of my main color choices. I am struggling hard with the trim color. My current house has white dove, so it's a contender. But I worry that it's not 'white' enough for these very light colors, and to be honest I am dying to try something new. So I've considered Simply White, but worry it's too 'yellow'. I was sort of set on Chantilly lace, but then started thinking it is too stark. I've looked at Decorator's white, but thought it was too 'blue'. AAAHHH I'm driving my self crazy! So I need advice and/or other recommendations. What white would you choose with these paint colors?

TIA for all of your help!
