Dark Countertop + Dark BS + Medium Wood Cabs: Bold or Crazy pants?

Once again I'm looking for input. We're trying to decide if this is a bold look that works or if we're bonkers.

Our range hood is brushed stainless steel with antiqued copper bands and lip, with large rivets. NOTE: The one in the collage has shiny copper whereas the antiqued copper is a matte.

The perimeter counters will be American Black (suede) granite. The islands will be Blue Ray polished granite. The cabinets are caramel stained cherry.

The light fixture has a vintage bronze finish and will be over the seating island at the opposite end of the kitchen.

Black integrated induction cooktop. Pot filler.

Black e-granite sinks.

Brushed nickel faucets.

Brushed nickel modern bar pull hardware on cabs.

Flooring: Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in porcelain.

Layout:

Windows on both ends of the kitchen. The room runs east to west and does not receive direct sunlight for the most part.

Edited to add that the cabinets on each side of the range hood have glass doors and are lighted. Cabinets run to the ceiling (8').

On the wall opposite the cooktop we have a bar/pantry. The center shelves will hold our liquor. They are wood with glass insets and there will be light shining down from above.

Okay, and now onto the question about the tile!

We like vertical herringbone, but we think the white-white tile in this picture may be too stark for our design.

We love the dark navy tile, but worry that we may be creating a kitchen that that has too many dark elements. We've seen few examples that combine dark countertops, medium wood cabinets, and dark backsplash.

Tile like this...

Fireclay Brick Abyss (deep navy)

Kinda sorta like this:

Here are a few examples of dark countertops paired with dark backsplash and medium to dark cabinets:

Thoughts: limit the tiled areas to the cooktop wall and the back of the bar, and on the sink wall take the granite up 2" for a mini-backsplash. With the big window, light colored walls, stainless steel range hood, and white grout paired with the navy tile it might not be too dark and it could possibly come off as bold and stylish. Yes? No? Thoughts?
