Columnar Apple Trees

I have two columnar apple trees that were planted in the spring. One of them made a few fruit. Both the fruit and leaves look sickly and spotty. I really know nothing about fruit trees. From what I understand, Oklahoma is not the ideal place to grow apple trees (cedar apple rust) anyway. But these trees were gifts and I would like them to live. I like to use only organic stuff in my garden, but am wiling to use something that isn't organic on these trees. Any advice is appreciated. Fertilizer recommendations. Fungal treatment recommendations. And anything thing else anyone cares to share. Thank you.
