Yes, I agree with chuckerfly about all said. Pls. do not confuse long, tall and skinny growth of succulent as good growth. It is etiolated = stretched, because is desperately trying to reach more light. That kind of growth makes plants weak (stem should be able to support itself), and loose proper color.

These plants propagate very easily - just about every leaf will start growing 'babies'. It could be propagated from cuttings too. But new plants will not look any better unless you give them more light.

When potting plant, pls. add more soil. Right now, it is potted too deep inside of pot.

I'd say K. longiflora, but like mentioned above, etiolated plants are difficult to id. I would disagree that this kalanchoe propagates quickly from plantlet. Those types very distinct, and the closest kalanchoe to this from looks is K fedtschenkoi, which usually has more vertical leaves.

I'd also agree with the light advice above.

Thank you very much for your help, everyone! Our flat gets a reasonable amount of light on that side but I'll endeavour to see if I can find somewhere a little brighter for it. Fingners crossed!

Thank you for the correction on propagating from the leaves...I should have checked for the sp you mentioned (I do not own K. fedtchenkoi, nor longiflora), not just assume they all propagate same way...

An etiolated plant may not propagate well from cuttings either as they are inherently weakened. If it were mine, I would behead it immediately above the 4th pair of leaves, throw the top part away, repot back into a smaller pot in a gritty mix....and this time filled to half way up the pots collar. It will in time then hopefully regenerate into a more sturdier plant....if kept in better light of course!
