Thank you for the post! I agree, most if not all of the medications they've given my husband have made him worse, not better. Now he's doing so much better that he may be able to transfer to a more intensive physical rehab facility. He's very determined and he's made a lot of progress in the last few months. The scariest part was when he didn't know who I was and saw things in the room that weren't there. That all stopped when we took him off the 'helpful' medications. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big believer in anti-biotics etc. when they're actually needed, but piling on different medications to treat undiagnosed symptoms is not always a good idea...at least in our experience. I'm so glad you've made such a successful recovery and thank you for the kind words :)

I'm still hoping to find something similar to the Arborite, which is almost too gray...but the two tone seems to make it work...at least on my monitor. I did like the flower tiles (when I was thinking about having the brick fireplace/current living room, as the kitchen) but the bunnies seem to look better, in the smaller space of the original kitchen. Lavender, back in 1814, when I was in Jr High, I took "china painting" lessons from a local lady. I was dreadful but my best friend liked it so I stuck with the lessons. We started on tiles, then progressed to mugs and plates. I'm sure you could find someone to paint your happy bunnies. Meanwhile, best to you !

Thank you! I really like that little carafe/pitcher. It has always been displayed in my kitchen...then when we found the Jadeite pieces (literally packed away when we moved here) it seemed like vintage/farmhouse kitchen was the way to go! It's just taken a long time to get to the point where we can remodel. So for now, cute vintage kitchen and maybe later, larger vintage kitchen in farmhouse. Either way, it's so much fun finding accessories. Right now, I'm trying to find 'the' glass knobs for the aprons. The new ones aren't quite right so still looking at Goodwill and other second hand stores :)
