How to remove silicone smudges and templating marks on quartz?

My Caesarstone counters are installed! I'm super happy with the London Grey and the fabricator was fantastic about placing the seam in an inconspicuous spot and joining it beautifully. The installer, OTOH, did a messy job with the silicone. He didn't clean off the silicone well and left smudges all over the place. What's the best way to get these smudges off without damaging the quartz?

I also see what looks like pencil lines around the sink corners and faucet hole (see photo). I'm assuming these are marks the fabricator made for cutting the holes. They won't come off with soap or with a rubber eraser. What else can I try?
