smudges on quartz countertops that won’t come off

I had my countertops installed on Monday. The stone is white sand by OneQuartz (I believe) bought through daltile. I noticed that there was a small line on the countertop that looked like a faint scratch, but when I run my fingers over it I can’t feel it. Counter top guys came out and said he couldn’t do anything because it would void the warranty. I then also noticed what looked like smudges on the edge of island, tried to clean and they will not come off. I called daltile and they told me to clean with a magic eraser (which I thought I was not supposed to use as it is abrasive). I knew choosing a white color meant I needed to be more careful, but shouldn’t the polish, or “shiny-ness” for lack of a better term, be uniform? I’m just a little bummed out because no matter how much I clean it it still looks dirty. I have only cleaned it with warm water and mild dish soap. Any opinions would be appreciated, thanks :)
