Need to uninstall onenote. Pls help

I could be wrong, but IMHO if you expect to use Microsoft's apps then they can require you to use an MS account with a password. Not sure from your message which it is that you find objectionable...the MS account, the password requirement or both. If it's just the password, why is that a bother? Something simple like 1234 would suffice, wouldn't it?

Microsoft sort of tricks you into making your login the email account and then you need to login to your windows with that email account password. It really makes like simple for the majority of people ways. You can add a 4 digit PIN to your computers account then login to the computer with that PIN instead of the password. Sometimes you will need that password,, but its not often.

To make a PIN type into the Cortana search bar 'set PIN' pretty simple.

If you truly don't want any kind of password go to : Settings / Accounts .. and under your account name you should see... 'Sign in with local account' go there and will prompt for your password to prove who you are, and then you can make a name for your account with out the email, but don't put in a password for that name.

Keep in mind when you don't have any password to login to your computer, anybody can come and probably access your email and maybe even banking & go shopping most anywhere you had your login and password saved. So if the grandkid sees a fancy toy and buys it... you find a FedEx delivery at your door.

Take a look at the 2nd photo...on the right there is a cactus in a pot, along with some clover weeds. The petioles are as long as I have ever seen on a clover. That tells me that there is a severe lack of light. If a zero maintenance weed isn't doing well...you get the idea. To the original poster - succulents grow more slowly than other plants in general so it takes longer to notice changes, but you can observe the clover's growth to better understand the local conditions. Take cues from all your plants, weeds included, not just one or two that don't look right. When the new clover leaves are compact, then you have enough light. And - by the looks of it - I'd bet that generic peat-based potting mix you have will be the reason for your next post on this forum in a few months, "why did my plants rot, am I overwatering? I only water my plant once every 2 weeks, is that too much?". x

are you using windows xp or vista? if vista then the windows firewall is good if xp then you need another software firewall like zonealarm free. I would definitely add to your list superantispyware, update it and run a full scan weekly malwarebytes antimalware, update it and run a full scan every week. spywareblaster update weekly and enable all protection secunia tool to make sure you have all updates on your pc installed programs. SpywareBlaster Secunia Personal Software Inspector SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Firewalls Pay close attention when doing installs of any programs and if it ask if you want to also include something extra such as a toolbar or office program or stuff like that be sure you uncheck those you do not want any of that extra junk just the actual program. The windows firewall and AVG only are definitely not enough for my liking, I would add the above. Remember to always update a program before running a scan so you have the latest definitions. And it is a very good idea to run an online virus scanner from time to time to make sure the one on your pc is doing it's job FREE Online Virus Scan and of course use firefox browser. Great news! so simple when you know what to look for. I have posted the instructions in case another user has a similar issue. Windows 7 and Vista From the Start menu, select Control Panel, or Settings and then Control Panel.Double-click Network and Sharing Center. From the list of tasks on the left, click Change adapter settings (in Windows 7), or Manage network connections (in Vista). For a wired network connection, right-click Local Area Connection, and then select Properties. For a wireless network connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection, and then select Properties. From the Networking tab, click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), make sure it is checked, and then click Properties. Click Obtain an IP Address Automatically, and then click OK. This link is a YouTube Video showing you How to Disable Windows 10 Password on the Lockscreen. It really doesn't Disable the Password but will Automatically Enter the password for you. You could always use Mike_GW's advice and set up a Local Account in Settings> Accounts, it's up to you.

If you want to use Microsoft Apps you will need to have a Microsoft Account. Microsoft isn't the only company doing this. If you want to use Apps from Google you must have a Google Account, Yahoo same thing! By using the first Method, you'll still have the Microsoft Account and can use the MS Apps, you just won't have to physically enter the Password on the Lockscreen!
