Need help with replacing thermostat - so confused.

I have wanted to switch out my Bryant Programmable Thermidistat for a while now. It has been acting fussy and the blower now will not stop running.

Looking online at thermostats, I see that none of them have humidity controls. I live in FL so humidity is a huge issue. When we built this house, we upgraded the a/c and along with it came the current thermidistat instead of the old-school round type of thermostat. Upgrade was basically increasing the SEER rating and switching the coolant from Freon to something else.

What happens if I install a thermostat that has no humidity controls? Obviously the round thermostats have no humidity controls and that is what was offered with the basic package. I am really confused right now. Thanks!
