Have you looked at Modernaire? They can make any style hood. Another option for really cool custom hoods is Abbaka.

Handcrafted Metal will make whatever you want. It will be pricey though. Their website doesn't always work that well, but it will give you an idea. You can call them and get more info.

I think the shape you are liking is called "french sweep" or "double sweep". I am linking to their stainless hoods page, but they can make the same hoods in any material (zinc is nice for a black-ish look), or in color coating.

I watched a ton of videos and even called Modernaire. We did not go with them, but that was only because my budget would not allow them and I needed a pretty simple design. If you need something specific, I'd echo the comments above and talk to them on the phone. They were super nice.
