I'm not sure what you're looking at, but I don't see anything in those pictures that remotely resembles flea beetles. Nor is that the sort of damage I expect from flea beetles. Flea beatles are tiny things that hop around like fleas (hence the name) and they leave tiny holes peppershot all over the foliage of plants, like lacework. They do not swarm per se, though you will usually not see just one or two flea beetles. They are also about the size of a small flea. If you have flea beetles, I wouldn't expect them to be visible in a picture of that resolution. They're tiny and fast. Regardless, get some neem and spray whatever it is away. You're not going to hurt butterflies or bees with it. Neem is actually used in hive management by beekeepers to control mite infestations in the hive. Just a foliar spray will do the job - you don't need to spray the bug itself. Neem isn't really a contact poison. If the bugs are eating the leaves or flowers or any other part of the plant, that'll most likely take care of them.

I'm doing lots of coleus too. I have 6-7 varieties myself. You can skip the water roots though. They root fine in soil. Use a drain less container or a pot and bowl and bring the water level with the soil(or as high as you can) at first and let it almost dry out before watering again. By this time it will have roots. I also just took cuttings of my blue vitex and plan to take cuttings of impatiens, mexican flame vine and purple passion vine. This is my first year for cuttings. I never tried before my tomato plants this spring. Tomato and coleus are both very easy. I hope the others will root for me. It can't hurt to try.

And there's no point in doing the calculations...it's just better to shoot from the hip because you've seen lights dim in some underwired situation or another. You're right: I didn't know that was the best way to come up with electrical specs. (I do, afterall, live in the stone age.) I have seen it many times where this has happened. people put in subs from subs and then at the third sub add a sanyo unit that they put at the bottom of the 24 panel and want to know why all the lights dim every time the thing kicks on...that was my point for saying that.. And what, exactly, does this have to do with OP's actual situation? (I must have missed the third subpanel feeding that HVAC equipment in the garage.) Oh yeah, I forgot: you've seen some amazingly underwired and overextended three-deep daisy chains that will barely keep a night light glowing. Well, trust me, so have I. Ya know, I too would prefer a main-to-sub home run in this case and I'm not adverse to upping capacity to allow for possible future needs. But it still bugs me when folks give DIYers "authoritative advice" that only serves to reduce their valid options and cost them more $$$. That is all.

And check for insects before bringing it indoors (spray with insecticidal soap). It may loose a lot or all leaves inside but let it pout and keep it watered and lose to sunlight.
