To begin, if Malwarebytes finds nothing, you should consider yourself fortunate. I've been running both for years on 3 different computers. SAS usually finds only "tracking cookies", which probably aren't a serious threat. No two anti-malware/antivirus products are the "same kind of software". That's why having more than one product to check your system with is a good thing.

It's important to inspect the names and types of things that a scanning program proposes to delete to make sure you want to get rid of everything in the list. I agree with azinoh that they are probably fairly innocuous things like tracking cookies rather than malware. What, specifically, are "all kinds of things that I delete"?

Malwarebytes is looking for malware, not cookies. It's good it's not finding anything bad. Keep running both programs as a little redundancy never hurts :-).
