Tufting on sofa m Tufting on sofa couch?
Comments (1)hi david :) we have been making tufted sofas and sectionals for a long time, so we've received some feedback from customers in regards to button tufting over the years. buttons on seats can be more uncomfortable than buttons on back pillows, also sometimes zippers or buttons on jeans or other pants can snag on seat cushion buttons. usually clothes don't interfere with buttons on back pillows or arms. when buttons pop off, usually pets or little fingers (kids and pets love to play with buttons) are to blame, so you may want to skip buttons if you have little ones. let me know if you have any other questions eva @ MONARCHSOFAS.COM FOLLOW MONARCH ON INSTAGRAM :)...See Moremixing leather sofa with a fabric sofa
Comments (4)I think pictures would be necessary as advised. However even without pictures I agree that two non-matching sofas isn't ordinarily what is done unless both sofas are deliberately chosen for a specific design effect. However ordinarily they would just look odd and random. Also I question why you need an additional sofa for your seating needs. Most sofas only really seat two people comfortably because no one really wants to sit in the middle seat. You can use two occasional chairs and they would provide comfortable seating AND would look like it was more of a planned design since it is not unusual to have two matching occasional chairs, a sofa AND another "solo" chair that complements and ties together the other choices....See MoreSOFA: Ethan Allen vs. Whittemore Sherrill leather sofa
Comments (9)IMO leather sofas are best when Italian made so neither . Proteceted leather will not breathe like it should and I have had leather furnitue in my homes for 50 Yrs not always the same but all Italian made and still going strong no added protection. A good clenaing and some dusting when you vacuum will go a long way . I do suggest no matter what you do not buy a super soft "fine" leather idt does not stand up well over time and stretches like crazy A good cowhide is what I choose for family rooms for my clients too.I suggest you lok for one that does not have springs and that usually comes out of italy. And please look at some colors besides brown and black....See MoreHELP! new couch mixing with old couch
Comments (9)It's great that you're making the most of your living space with both a new sectional and your old couch. To blend them seamlessly, here are a few ideas: 1. Color Coordination: Consider adding throw pillows or blankets that incorporate colors from both your new sectional and old couch. This can help create a unified color scheme. 2. Arrangement: Experiment with the arrangement of your furniture. Placing the old couch at an angle or perpendicular to the new sectional can visually bridge the gap and make the space feel more connected.
