I have the Cambridge sofa in vintage black. After 3 years it was saggy on one side and had lost quite a bit of leather on the seating area so I contacted them and they replaced it. The new one looks better but they went from a 98" sofa to an 8ft one but when measuring it, it actually measures smaller than 8 ft. I also have noticed that when someone gets off it, the other person can feel it, almost like it's not level or build strong enough, it goes up and down. Hard to explain but we're small people. I actually preferred the saggy, missing leather to the new version. If you can find anywhere else to get what you want in a sofa, do it. Restoration Hardware may look pretty but it's not well made unfortunately.

Restoration Hardware makes a quality craftsman product. While their product comes from China, they own the factories there so there is a high level of quality control. A feather wrapped core will offer more support or cleaner lines than an all feather pillow. Likely created because some folks love the feel of feather, but not the maintenance of having to paddle the cushion to redistribute the feathers every so often. I would recommend Restoration Hardware furniture after having worked in high-end home interiors for years and even own a Restoration Hardware sofa. Go for it!

We used that pull in our guest bathroom. We finished our project last fall so I can't speak to longevity, but I think it's a beautiful pull. That said, I only had to buy two pulls. I may have chosen a different (cheaper) pull if I had to buy many more. ;)

I love love love the RH Cloud couch, I’ve ordered one for my new house. In white washed Belgian linen. My kids are grown and (mostly) gone and it’s just my husband and myself and we are neat freaks, don’t ever eat or drink on the couch, etc…I am still VERY worried. However I’ve waited a long time to get one so I’m going for it. There is zero chance I would have ever attempted it when my kids were smaller. I’ve had Lazy Boy sectionals for years and they have been great. Also, my designer suggested the performance linen but when we went to look at it it was very scratchy and nowhere near as soft as the washed Belgian linen. My husband and I hated it. FYI.
