First 2 are most likely a mechanical injury that has healed/scabbed over; 1st may have been chewed on, but it could have been damaged some other way. I would think they should be OK.

3rd - you said blackening leaves were prevalent; that would be more to be concerned about - most of the time they do that if plant is infected by rot. BUT it could have been squished too much in transit too, and plant over all doesn't show signs of rot. So just monitor it for a while.

I would like to see more perlite added - what kind of soil did you use? Are they outdoors? Is that a container with liner in it (that should be OK for drainage). What kind of sunlight are they getting? What is your general location? (It is good to add it to your name...) How are you watering them?

It is mostly miraxle grow cactus/succulent mix. Some is an organic cactus/succulent mix. I live in a zone5A. They are in indirect sunlight under a porch roof outdoors. It is a coconut liner sp it does hold some moisture but with the soil runs pretty deep and it's well draoning. There is a layer of activated charcoal on the bottom as well.

And with the blackened leAves I pulled most the dying ones off before I planted it so I was surprised to see that one.

When I recieved them I rinsed them with a hose as was suggested by the seller. A lot of the leaves were coming off with a slight bump.

Ive been watering them with a watering can occasionally when the soil is dry. Sometimes I'll use a spray bottle but people have mixed preferences it seems.

I would improve the drainage of your soil by adding much more perlite. I don't use soil, but many ppl do and mix it 50/50 with perlite. I prefer using grit and perlite and little turface. Use what you want, but improve drainage. Coir liner should drain enough - I hope. Not sure if the charcoal helps at all - it does have lots of benefits (not sure if for succulents thou), possibly helps drainage if grainy enough - but IMO, it would be better mixed with the soil (unless it is a fine powder, in which case I would eliminate it all). Having ingredients mixed together well is much preferred rather than any layers.

I think that leaves were coming off because plants were in the package for few days, likely 'stuffy' in this hot weather. And maybe they were just little too wet after hosing them off for another leave to turn black. Plant looks healthy in the photo otherwise - if it was rotting, there would be very likely blackening stem.

Watering with a watering can is ok (I do not care about spraying succulents - but that's my preference) and should be when soil is dry inside, not just on the surface.

They could use some direct sun - but move them into more light slowly (more and more every few days), I think they were in darker conditions for a while and may burn easily. If you keep them in indirect sunlight, they will start etiolating - growing long and thin with leaves spaced far apart, because they will stretch toward more light, and color will not be as good as it should be.
