Help with old, thin doors

N L

We recently moved into an older (1910's) house and we have roughly a dozen interior doors that are in various states of disrepair. Some are warped, some don't close, and some had previous failed attempts at being refinished. The jambs are in good shape so I was going to just have the doors replaced. The issue is that they are only 1 1/4" thick so similar sized replacements have become very difficult to find. I don't want to have to start the doorways from scratch but my contractor and I are a little stuck right now. Thoughts?
