Wanted: Tomato for Az high desert zone 8

I am currently growing a few types of tomatoes including Mortgage Lifter, Nebraska Wedding, Cherokee, Black Krim, and a dark cherry tomato. Many of the plants other than the cherry have little to no fruit setting, likely because it got really hot, over 100. May also be because I planted around a compost pile, and there is too much nitrogen? The plants are huge.

Anyone have any recommendations and/or tomato seed for me to try next year?

I can swap seeds saved from Nebraska Wedding and Mortgage lifter, or TBD variety because the plant labels faded, and I don't know my tomatoes that well. I hope to be able to tell later in the summer.

Especially looking for a bright red tomato that would be good for sauce.

Since it looked like the tomato site isn't very active, thought I would post here. Thanks for any recommendations.
