Ice Cream Mango is sick

Hi Everyone,

I purchased an 'Ice Cream Mango' at a local nursery on Monday. Its a dwarf variery that grows to 5-6 feet. When I purchased it, it had poort foilage but I attributed it to it not getting enough TLC(it was in the corner of the nursery somewhat neglected). I purchased it thinking I could bring it back to life. I placed the pot in an area which recieves lots of sun, and gave it a good watering with some locally brewed worm tea. Seems like it hasn't grown at all and today a few of the leaves fell off. Also the flowers snapped off(they looked dead). Any one know what might be wrong with the plant? Googled for some answers and found something called Anthracnose. I'm not sure if this is what it is but I thought I would post some pictures hoping someone could help. I was thinking of transplanting it into a bigger container with better soil(Fox Farms Ocean Forest) but my thinking was the plant is already stressed and I'm unsure if this would help or hurt the plant.

Thanks
