Grape Vine has potential to outgrow trellis system

Trinacria

I am relatively new to growing grapes. I currently have a Neptune Grape vine in it's third year and a Cowart Muscadine Grape in it's second year. I have them spaced by about 20 feet in the center of a trellis and at least 12 feet on each side. So basically:
POST, 12ft, Vine, 10ft, POST, 10ft, Vine, 12ft, POST
Hope that makes some sense.
Well, it is only May and the Neptune Vine is about 1ft away from reaching the end of the trellis where the post is located. My question is what do I do, if and when, the vine grows past the trellis? I could put up another post, however, the house is about 8 feet away. I really didn't think the vine would reach that far so fast in one season. What next? Could I take it at a 90 degree angle to another trellised post? Prune? Seems early to be pruning? Any advice?
