Cabada Palm staining floor

Hello, I am in desperate need of help trying to fidentify my palm problem. We purchased several Cabada palms this past winter (we live in South Florida) and a few months after, they began dropping small red pellets that to the touch, crumble into a powder. Within a day of the pellets being on the pavers, they create a red spot around them that stains the flooring and is really difficult to remove even with a pressure washer.

Our landscaper thought it may have been a bad fertilizer and that the palm was rejecting it. Later they went on to believe it may have had some type of grub or bug and went on to fumigate the palms. Months later, we are still having this and dont know what to do. Please help!

Thanks, Art
