The Blacklist Redemption

Apparently the spin off is about Tom Keen and the woman who is his mother.

Yes, what a surprise! Don't want a spinoff either, they usually don't work out, and I would miss Tom, love that guy!

Its just a show, but I felt the writers were playing with people's emotions by writing the latest episode. Not that it doesn't happen in soaps, but I thought this was a little more sophisticated than a soap, sigh......I will still watch though.

I gave up and quit watching it a year or two ago. What happened?

I did too, Sheila. Last time I watched it Tom Keen was most likely a bad guy. Not so much anymore? And I heard Liz died?

I didn't see the episode, so I looked it up. Here's what happened, if you'd like to know. The part that surprised me was the name Agnes. :-)

I know! AGNES. Since people mumble and I don't always hear, I was surprised to find Mr. Kaplan's name. I never knew they were calling her that.

I am much relieved that Elizabeth lives. But is her name really Masha? She is really Russian?

Oh, well, I love the show and will always watch.

Well, if Tom goes off with his mother, what happens to Liz and her baby. I always thought Red was her father but now apparently not. Will the shows interrelate? I think it's a dumb idea.

Not a fan of the spinoff. I think they are banking too heavily on Tom's popularity. He's popular on The Blacklist as the guy Liz loves. He holds his own now this year, but I don't know about a spinoff. Especially if he's separated/different life from Liz and the baby. (That name, Agnes, ugh!!!!)

So is he not going to be on the Blacklist anymore? Will the shows intertwine? During the episode where Raymond was at the beach and dillusional, he explained to the woman he met that he had to make a choice between the love of his life or her baby. Never said his child. I took that to mean he loves Liz because he loved her mother and vowed to protect Liz.

I JUST KNEW IT!! Dang...it's Sunday...has everybody watched it by now? LOL

It was pretty good the first season when Elizabeth didn't know that Tom was an evil person that she had married. Since then, it is not as good. Sometimes I'm bored watching it, ex recent church wedding scene seemed to be just shooting. I want Tom to be evil again.

i liked the first season best too. But i'll watch James Spader in anything.

I'm with you Cacoc...I've always enjoyed James Spader...he was excellent in Boston Legal...

we figured she'd pop back up...now the other one with all the tattoos...still haven't figured her out...

We watch Blindspot at our house also, but it has taken a strange twist. It has become a little confusing.
