Time to transplant seedlings outside?

I'm in Southern Ontario and I'm sure we are past last frost in Spring but now I'm worried about heat. I've got some watermelon plants that are 4-5 inches tall and starting to yellow so I want to transplant to a raised garden outside. They've been outside all day but not all night long yet. I've been bringing them inside at night. I'm worried about the heat next week. The weather is supposed to be 25 - 27 degrees Celsius all week. Can I move them outside? I can put a lawn chair over it in the afternoon when the sun is the hottest but will the heat harm my small plants? We'll probably be turning on the a/c next week but I can close the vent in my room and keep them there until after this hot week but I would plant them in larger containers and then have to transplant them again into the larger beds I have. I don't want to have to transplant them more than I have to but if the weather will kill them I'd rather risk transplant shock.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!
