Olive tree needs help

I have an olive tree about 15 feet tall with the main part of the trunk about 2.75 diameter at it's thickest, about 6" from the ground. This main part is growing really crooked in the shape of an arch. My gardener said I need somebody that's an expert to come and decide what to do, so it improves it's shape in the future. I asked at my nursery and they told me they can refer me to a landscape contractor that would probably charge me $150 + to just come and take a look at the tree. That's insane to me! Can some one suggest where or how I can find someone more affordable but still knowledgeable? Thanks in advance
