What Do You Think of These Dining Chairs
Comments (54)malhgold, how've you been? Haven't seen your posts in awhile. Take those arm chairs near the fireplace and stick them on the ends of the table, just to see the size of a chunky arm chair there. If that looks good, then I would suggest you put something like that at the ends and put smaller chairs on the sides. Do your barstools come in chair height? maybe you could use something like that? I think the RH style really fits with this table. I also think that you could use a great upholstered bench in front of the fireplace-this way you can sit facing the fire or the kitchen. Maybe one of those benches with the ends that come up on both ends so you can lean on the sides. Geez, that's a crazy description....sort of like a couch without the back. What's going on with the tiles?...See MoreWhat do you think of this CL dining table?
Comments (40)I'm not sure if any of these appeal to you but we bought our table here about 7 years ago. I love it. Ours is 6' with painted black base. It has held up extremely well to my family of six, with four kids eating all their meals here, as well as using it for homework, arts and crafts, etc. We have six chairs but only use four, with two one one side, one on either end, and a bench on the other side. However, when necessary, we can easily add a third chair to the one side and seat three on the opposite bench. Eventually I will replace the bench and only have chairs. Not sure how far you are from Annapolis, but it would make a lovely day trip. The shop is right on the main street into town, with loads of other shops and restaurants in walking distance so if you have time, it would be a nice outing for the day. Maine Cottage is a few blocks away, and though pricey, has some really nice furniture as well. Comments (4)This photo doesn't provide much of a view of the table and chairs, but it might work. The valances on the window/door in the dining area stump the appearance of the room and the window/doors should have drapery panels instead. Too many tables around your two lounge chairs. The curved glass table is too low between the chairs. Adding the two C tables on either side is just too many tables. The space requires one tall end table between the chairs IMO....See MoreWhich color chairs do you think go best with this dining table?
