Need help with my sick tomatoes

I apologize in advance for my english, it's not my first language. This is my first time growing tomatoes, everything went well while I was growing them inside, problems started when transplanting to bigger pots outside. First there was whitefly, I applied a soap, garlic and onion solution, problem seemed to stop, then rain, the leaves started showing spots that I know now are bacterial speck, then a hail storm that caused a lot of damage... I went to a fertilizer and plant shop, they recomended a copper based fungicide applied weekly, I applied it for the first time yesterday. I also bought liquid humus and would like to apply it to the leaves to help them recover from the hail damage. My question is, can I apply the liquid humus day after I applied the fungicide? is it too much? the soil is properly fertilized and there are no flowers yet. Thank you!
