Dying Fiddle Leaf Fig HELP!

Rav Khinda

Hello, I purchased a dying fiddle leaf fig and need some advice. Click here for the video.

As you can see in the video, some of the leaves have started to brown at the tips. The browning is not on all the leaves, but on enough of them to be worrisome. From my understanding, this is caused by deficient watering because the leaves are not upright. Perhaps lack of light is also a contributing factor but I am not sure about that. I plan to put the tree in indirect sunlight near a window and water it weekly or wait until the top soil is no longer moist. I am not sure what to do about the brown leaves. One option is to trim the brown portion tips. I am not sure if this is helpful or not. Any other tips and suggestions would be helpful.
