New additions to my C&S family
Comments (21)Hi, I did not read all of the posts, so I might say something that has already been said. I think the one on the bottom right is some form of Argyroderma. The one on the top left, I believe is some plant from the mimcry family, but I don't remember the name for it (the Lowes here had almost all of those plants you have with the ID's attached... I got myself some "baby toes" (left side, middle, between the mimcry plant and the split rocks which are on the bottom left... Fenestraria is their family I believe) and some split rocks. Got some other succulents, but that is all I have that are simliar to yours... good luck with them, they all look BEAUTIFUL! I am going to repot some of mine today! Comments (7)Hello Howard, and thank you for commenting. To give you a better idea of scale, the plant in pic #1 is the tallest at 9inches high and it has a girth of 5inches measured from just above where the caudex divides, and plant #3 has a girth of 6inches taken at a similar point. I give them lots of water during the (so called!) warmer months and have kept watering all year round again as they have yet to go dormant. They usually get fed once a week during spring, summer and autumn and have smaller amounts of plain water in winter. I use whatever feed I have to hand, i.e. tomato, African Violet, general house plant or orchid food, nothing special. They live on a south facing windowcill all year round and I raise them up each spring when I re-pot. I did this last week when I bought these 4 new shallower terracotta pots, not realising how big the plants were I'm now wondering should I have bought bigger pots!! Oh yes, there is one 'lil guy I have named.....'Howard', he features as one of the 4 seedling Ad. obesums...can you spot him? Hope he grows big and strong as he's having a bit of a struggle at the mo! Gill from the UK....See MoreWill I Miss My Bosch If I Switch to Fisher Paykel Double Drawer?
Comments (12)There have been significant changes in DishDrawer racking in the last couple years. The four side shelves are height-adjustable. Previously they were fixed at a specific height, not adjustable. They've always flipped fully up if not needed. Rows of tines in the rack can now be flipped up or down to lay flat. The tines on the cup-rack insert on the left side can be adjusted for spacing between the tines to facilitate deep bowls (wide spacing) or small plates (narrow spacing).
