I haven't posted here lately because I've been dealing with Duplex that we bought not too long ago. One of the renters moved out, and we started fixing it up to re-rent, and decided to replace the vinyl sheet flooring. However upon pulling it up we discovered that the plumbing had been leaking for some time, and the floor and the sub-floor were de-laminated and needed to be removed. This is what the kitchen looks like now: and this is what the bathroom looks like:

Jasdip, Big Red is not mine. My good friend up at the farm lets me ride her horse. Nicole, yes, he is a senior horse. I think he is 25 this year. When a horse is on pasture 24/7, they can live a long and healthy life. It was the best thing I ever did for Teddy and Big Red is proof of that as well. :)

And here I was all set to hurry and type, "What variety of daff is that?!" ha Never knew that could be done with a daffodil. Pretty nifty.
