I agree that his interview is ambiguous. I can't imagine the show continuing without her, so it will be interesting to see what they do. That was a shock!!

I haven't watched the show in awhile, but happened to flip the tv on for the last 5 minutes last night.

Yes, Megan Boone is pregnant. Her character's death was faked once before, so who knows?

That doctor had her in a medically induced coma. I don't think she died. I do think it's a ploy to keep her safe but for it to work everyone has to think she is dead. This story line gives Megan Boone time for maternity leave.

This what I think too , because she is one of the two main characters. She's about to have her baby and this will give her maternity time,. I think she'll be back next year. But it still was a shock to watch.

it was such a shock -- i kept waiting for them to do something that would save her. Wonder what the show will be like without her.

I told my husband I don't think it's real. They have to protect her at any cost. She'll be back. I hope.

Maybe someone will wake up like in the episode on Dallas when the character had dreamed all of last year's activities!

I was so disturbed I couldn't watch the next program. I feel like I did when I saw Star Wars recently.... they didn't have to kill Han Solo! And surely surely they did not really kill off Elizabeth!

Well, she's either on maternity leave and will be back next season or she wants to move on after maternity leave. This role "put her on the map" so maybe she's getting lots of other offers.

I have another question about the show----and I know it's for the storyline----but how come so many guys get killed assuming they're all wearing bullet proof vests.....that's never made sense to me.

The vest will only protect the area it covers. If someone gets shot in the head, a bulletproof vest won't help. If someone gets shot in the thigh and the bullet pierces an artery, a bulletproof vest won't help.

Add my name to the list of folks who think that Elizabeth is still alive and put into hiding for her protection. When Megan Boone is ready to return from maternity leave, Elizabeth will be shown to be alive. And, I think that will be in the Fall. I think this season will end with everyone still thinking that Elizabeth is dead.

I know a vest only protects the chest, but I still find it implausible that they get every guy in the head or hit arteries in the limbs every time.....I guess that's Hollywood, but I think they should make it a little more believable...like have a guy or two hit in the arm or leg still alive but immobile..lol.

Literary license. It drives me nuts that only about one out of a thousand times do they shoot at the tires to stop the bad guys. Or that they aren't close enough yet to the bad guys before they yell out at them at they are the police, or federal agents, etc., and the bad guys turn and run away, outrunning the good guys trying to capture them. The shows wouldn't fill the hour if they did things correctly. :-)

Lindsey, that is so funny about the tires. DH always screams: the tires, dummy, hit the tires! Ha

i thought the basic plot was that Red was Lizzie's dad/guardian angel. No Liz, no story. I must say though I might welcome a diff story line, as I was getting tired that one week Liz would tell Red she was done with him, and the next she was eternally grateful to him. Love-hate to the extreme and dysfunctional to the ridiculous degree.

i did not think Spader sounded particularly thrilled that co-star got pregnant but was doing his best to act focused on an ambiguous plot.

Have never watched greys anatomy. Medical shows upset me and make me think I have the symptoms scripted in each episode, even if it deals with penis enlargement complications, which thre is NO WAY I could possibly suffer, ha. I'm very suggestible when it comes to dr shows

Lindsay, those things bug me too. And on all shows, the way drivers take their eyes off the road far too long to talk to or look at their passenger. I always hope new drivers aren't taking this as an example of what's okay to do.

Totally bugs me when detectives/ cops holler a block away....'stop, police' instead of sneaking up on the criminals. And the tire screeching. So old school.

LIndsay and Alisande, I agree as well. No one is going to stop for the cops/FBI if they're so far away the criminal can escape. And yes, shoot the tires!!

It just proves that the car is on a trailer moving down the street when the driver can talk to the passenger for so long without looking at the road. That really bugs me. It should look more realistic.
