ideas on how to cool this greenhouse

Hi all,
I got permission to work in an old early 70's greenhouse at my school. It is not in the best of shape inside and any of the climate controls within are all broken or torn apart. No one has worked with it in years. There is water, and I have one outlet, and some building air condition comes through a couple of shelf vents. There are no windows or anything to open and vent out the heat that builds up in there. When we are in the mid 70s here, the inside is already reaching 95-100 by 3pm. Plus, in the morning before 9am, I have 30% humidity and by noon there is 0. I have been hosing down surfaces inside and opening the door but I can't just leave it open as this is located in a public area.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to cool this building down? I have hung up some drape for now and it makes a 10-15 degree difference when the sun is on that side. But the sun and heat from the top is crazy!
Also, ideas on how to humidify would be awesome too.
Thanks!!
