Logan Labs Soil Report - Overseeding Help

Earlier this year I got a soil test done by Logan Labs (see attached). Now I'm hoping someone here can help shed some light on what it all means and what I can do to improve my lawn.
What I've done since the test...

I raked up my lawn removing as much of the rocks, glass, sticks, leaves and thatch as I could. We moved into this house last year and the yard was literally a junk yard. It is much better now. The photobucket link below has pictures of the yard now after I cleaned it up.

After cleaning I mowed the lawn at a low setting and seeded a mix of

33.95% Red fescue, creeping type

29.40% Palmer III perenial ryegrass

24.50% Pennant II perenial ryegrass

9.90% Kentucky bluegrass

We live on Long Island, NY and should be getting some intermittent light rain over the next few days so I figure this should help the seed germinate. But based on my soil report, would my yard benefit from any fertilizer? Or what should my next steps be besides watering and waiting until the grass is over 3" to cut it? We have a small westie dog and a 1.5 year old daughter so I would prefer to stay away from chemicals if possible.

Thanks in advance for any help/support!
