Mitred edge for quartz countertops?

Swedepie

I'm hoping to get some advice on the edge for my countertops. On the north wall, the "hutch" unit will have Cambria Westwood. The bottom unit has deeper center cabinet drawers than the cupboards on either side, so the counter is "sculpted." On the south and west walls, we will have Caesarstone Dreamy Marfil on a standard run of cabinets. In our meeting with the KD last week, she mentioned the installer does not charge for a mitred edge. While I certainly don't mind saving money, I don't want to be disappointed with the end result. I was thinking of a bullnose edge because I had read it was sturdy but would be open to another option. Your thoughts?
