The first thing i did when I could find a hole was stick the broken piece back under the sink and held it there, trying to find all possible position, from the ground and had no luck. Someone had mentioned a Branch Arm connection.... I did look left, right and up but did not put much effort into the search because I thought that was not possible... I will look a little harder... Also I am not sure if this helps but behind this bathroom, or behind where the break happened, there is another bathroom in a separate room. In that bathroom there is a stand up shower that shares the same wall as the sink in question. I see numerous water supply pipes.... but no drain pipes... Thanks for the follow Ups so Far.. I posted on other sites and people are less than happy to help most thought this was a joke...

Thanks to everyone for the responses. I've looked in several hardware stores and have yet to find a hose small enough that will fit into my existing drain hose. The closest I got was a dishwasher rubber hose that was small enough but being rubber they were all kinked so bad in the package that I didn't think they would have a good flow thus defeating the purpose. I will continue to search for this hose as I do believe this might work. In response to those that suggested I install a sink, I don't have enough space in my laundry room to have one, wish I did. My Fisher & Paykel washer worked very well until it needed a repair. The only local repair man in my area could not figure out what was wrong with it. He said it was my drain pump. I had it replaced but it still didn't work then he said that I must have a bad new pump. So I had the FP co replace that one and still my washer wouldn't work. After that the repair man conveniently disappeared and he wouldn't return my calls. FP people in New Zealand were very polite but NO help whatsoever and they took forever to send both pumps. The fact that there isn't anyone in my area that can fix a FP appliance or get any useful customer service from FP, I will never buy their products again. My washer is only 4 yrs old and it sits in my utility room till I find someone who can fix and take off my hands. Several plumbers that I've spoken to have suggested that I replace my drain pipe to a 2". I just wanted to try and find a more convenient and cheaper solution but I suppose I'll have to replace it eventually. I will post an update in the next couple of days as I figure out best possible solution. Again, thanks to all for the responses. All suggestions are appreciated.

The 2nd graphic "In-Correct Washing Machine Hose Connection" is not relevant since there's as-yet no machine in place (note that "in-correct" is incorrect, LOL). The first graphic is relevant as the explanation if either a) there's no water in the trap; or b) there's not enough water to form a seal. Some of the water poured into the standpipe would pass through, the rest will settle in the trap.

first, do you really want the wet bar and closet in there to stay? if it was to not be there, more space could be available. If you remove the closet in the laundry room, you can have both side by side. Put a countertop on top (wall mounts will let this be done) or you can stack them in the corner that the closet was. If you stack them you can add narrow cabinets and either had countertops made or cut down stock countertops tot eh narrower width. the shallow cabinets below will give you places for soap and other laundry items, the top will give you a place to put the baskets as well as a place to fold. If you dont need or want either, then if you wanted it side by side, you can do so. and put in a cabinet in what is now a dead space. or still do the above with more room. Also, does the laundry room entrance need to be an exterior door (like if it exists off a garage? If not, use a pocket door, barn door or bifold doors that look like one solid door. T his will free up more room.
