Yes! This is a good specimens to practice propagation on. Begin by removing lower leaves on the man in succulent (maybe around ten of them), and then make a cut around one inch under the lowest remaining leaf.

Keep all of the removed leaves and allow them to callous for a day or two. Allow the top cut portion of the succulent to callous for several days until the cut is completely dry. Plant the top into succulent soil and water thoroughly, about once a week, or until the soil is completely dry. Place the removed leaves on top of soil and water them similarly. In a few weeks, you should be able to see root growth!

with the leftover stem that'll be left over in the pot, trim it until it is about one to two inches tall, and that'll begin to sprout small succulents as well (is looks as they there is already a smaller one growing on the side of the stem!)

You probably already know this, but your plants are stretching (etiolated) because they need more light. The babies are already showing signs of etiolation. The rosettes should be more compact with the leaves closer together. Indoors, a south facing window is your best.

It looks like you have a plant growing from the stem already (second picture). I would cut the plant above that little plantlet and give it time to get larger.

Don't water the top cut rosette until it has roots. Without roots it cannot take up water and may rot. You can mist the leaves and top if they look like they are drying out. I usually mist my leaf plantlets so I don't knock off the roots with a stream of water. Just my preference.

You might want to take this opportunity to improve the soil drainage. You can add perlite to the C&S mix you are using so it drains faster.

You will end up with a lot of plants from your cutting, the stem and the leaves! Have fun watching the progress.
