Looking for info about Key West Morning Glory/Man in the Ground

This is a cross post from the Fl Gardening forum, which sent me over here.

Does anyone know much about either of these? I was on the Stuart garden tour this weekend and a couple of houses had Key West Morning Glory/ Sky Blue Cluster Vine (Jacquemontia pentanthos) used to great affect. It was truly spectacular and just alive with bees. But I can't find that much info about it on the web. Everyone seems to parrot the same article about it, which says in one sentence that it's severely endangered and in the next that it's highly aggressive. But nothing much about how it's propagated or where to obtain it. Anyone have any experience with it?

Then the Florida Native Plant Society site recommended planting it with Man in the Ground (Ipomoea microdactyla), another plant I'd never heard of, which seems to have even less info available. There's a lot I'd like to know about that one, including how it got its name.
