What to use: Want to paint osb subfloor white. Oil based enamel?

Hi. I had the walls of my home spraypainted white. Now I have a combination of osb and plank wood subfloors that have white overspray on them. And I really like the look. White walls and floors with modern/transitional furniture, wall art and accessories providing color and texture! Instead of traditional flooring now I want to paint the floors white, then cover high traffic areas with rugs I've collected. So...

What paint product should I use? Oil based enamel porch paint? Marine grade epoxy paint? Garage floor finishing paint?

And is it truely necessary to sand the floor first? Some rooms/areas I would even consider simply sealing with a top coat. I like the rough look/texture created by the overspray but feel I need to protect the osb from moisture (damp shoes, mopping, general cleaning and maintenance).

Any suggestions on what type of paint and/or sealer to use? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
