Hosta with Yellow Flowers Coming in 2015?
Comments (18)I do not know who is whether the reasonable point of contact in the United States. Contact Because not particularly, I have priority only thing in Japan. I think Mark will play a role for the yellow flower. Images that have been attached is what they appear to sow is white flowers H.yingeri of Korean, the seed of self-pollinated flowers of the same type. As well as changes in the leaf, we have improved flower color, flower shape, fragrance, etc. even if the goal of breeding, of course, it is the thing which changes in leaf also combines the breeding group of Japan Hosta Society that I belong , is the exchanges of Hosta Society of Japan and the United States...See MoreHosta T 2015
Comments (55)I'm sure Touch of Class won't disappoint you, josephines161 ! It's always neat, tasteful and classy. A little English lord in the garden, well-dressed and well behaved. I grow it next to Halcyon and May. The King is a star. I also got The Queen last August, but it looks like Thumbelina next to her royal husband. *sigh*...See MoreHosta V 2015
Comments (23)How could I miss the Alphabet? You took your time to send me the link a couple of weeks ago. I wish I had good photos of all my hosta plants. Well, may be next year ))) As for Valley's Blue Curacao, I got it from Fransen, tiny bareroot TC. There weren't any photos, just a description. So when I saw the unflurring leaves, my first thought was XVX! All I can tell is that some owners of this hosta have same-looking plants (and Fransen's website has same photos), other people have plants without twisting and with parallel veins. Here are some photos from Russian forums. Different Valley's Blue Curacao plants from the same source. And from Fransen website May be someone else can tell more about this hosta?...See MoreHosta Category 2015
Comments (13)Wow. I was thinking that poor Paula is probably happy that the Hosta Alphabet is almost completed because it was a lot of work. But now you want to add more categories! Way to go. I'm happy about that! One of my favorite jokes in your Hosta Alphabet is the one where if you want to see your family, just turn off the router! How true! In my area we can have a lot of power outages. My family comes out of the woodwork then and they haven't got a clue as to what to do with themselves! LOL Suggestion for categories: flowers--buds and open....See MoreDelawareDonna Zone 7A
