Growing a rose bush in a 100 gal galvinzed stock tank?

Hi there!

I am wondering. Do you think it's possible to grow an Austin rose bush in a 100gal gal stock tank? If I add drain holes to the bottom of course. If not an Austin one, what about other sort of roses that are thorny?

The Austin one was purchased from Wholefoods and I'm sure it's a bush. If not that then I can get some other ones such as a Peace rose which I have seen in HomeDepot. Plus I have grown one in the past with success.

My husband bought me one Austin for V-day which is why I'm asking specifically for the Austin but I can save it for another location otherwise.

I have a double window in my house which is exposed to the world. My drive way comes right up against the house so there isn't any spot to grow anything under the window. I would like to place two, 100 gal stock tanks, side by side under the window and grow one rose bush in each to add something pretty, add a bit of privacy and some thorny discouragement .
