There is a large feral/abandoned cat population in my neighborhood. I feed them, they have warm shelters and I try to tame and handle them. They get "fixed" if they are not already. Then I find them homes. This is pretty Sully. He has a wonderful indoor home now.

This cross-eyed rascal is JoJo. He doesn't know it yet, but he is coming in the house with me. He needs a little more persuasion. :)

We traveled to visit my son between Christmas & New Year. This was taken moments after we brought Puck & Riley home from being boarded. Doesn't it just say, "There's no place like Home!!"

Such pretty babies. Love seeing them all. They become such a big part of our families.

No fur, but this snail is ridiculously fun to watch. Goldie has doubled in size in the two months I've had him. He eats algae wafers like no other and comes running when I drop one in the tank.

DGS named the Betta Rudie. We had a small tank when our three were young. I've enjoyed this one. It has a great filter system and seems to be staying pretty. Goldie was new here.

here are my two. My big guy is part lab, part Doberman. Little guy is pure junk yard dog. Both adopted and I adore them both.

This guy is my dd and sil's adopted lab. I am babysitting him for two weeks while they are out of town. He is a big doll baby.

I think a lot of people here have seen mine before, but here goes. And yes, we take a lot of pics of our dogs.

Oops, sideways pic of all three. The middle one passed away in August at the ripe old age of 12-1/2, which is quite elderly for a bulldog.

The two left behind are the best of friends. French bulldog on left, English on right. Coco (on the right) is getting old now -- 11 this summer -- but isn't showing any signs of slowing down. She is very agile and thin for a bulldog.

This is my baby. She thinks she's a kitten, wants to be on my lap at all times. She weighs 30 lbs., BTW.

Love seeing the beautiful babies--Belle with HER baby, the cuddling kitties, sweet Daisy, noble Riley and Knight--they're all the lights of our lives. These are our 3 rescues, Taylor, Tucker and Rocky. I can't imagine life without them.

I neglected to share pics of Pooh and Pip. Pooh has become pretty much "the upstairs kitty" and I rarely have my phone when I'm up there so haven't taken a picture of him in awhile. Here's one I took of Pip recently though. Such a little gentleman.

i really loved the heated bed pictures and the hammock pictures but absolutely enjoyed looking at all of these pampered pets.

I so wanted my cats to enjoy a heated bed. Got one and one of my old cats at the time promptly used it as a litter box. I guess he must have had some dementia. Haven't bought another cat bed since.

Love them all! This is our Bingo. We will be celebrating his sixth 'Gotcha Day' this Sunday on Valentine's Day for when we rescued him. Our house became a home when he joined our family.

Hanna will be 18 in June. She holds court in her daddy's office. Wants nothing to do with her 2 younger brothers. That's ok. They have each other and she's perfectly content. Loves it when daddy is at his computer and she can sit on his lap.

I thought some of you might like to see some absolutely adorable puppies this morning! These are the little ones born to husky mama Saffron, who was taken in by my brother and sister-in-law to foster. The babies were born about 7 weeks ago at their home, and they will be ready to go to their fur-ever homes in another week or so. It would be hard to choose just one!

Oh my Jen, that is just cuteness overload! You wouldn't even have to choose one as the one for you would probably lay claim to you. Almost all of the animals in my life have been rescues and even they seem to know how to choose their furever home!

My niece is of the opinion that they are keeping Pinion. She has another thing coming, however, as there are already 5 rescued dogs in the home and they are big dogs too. I so see how easy it would be to fall in love with one (or all) of those puppies, though -- and I'm not really even "a dog person" myself! :-)

Damn....I don't know what I'm gonna do with all those little Huskies!? ;-) For such a "tough guy", I turn into something like jello when I'm around puppies!

DW & DD always kid me that if "I" had went to pick up Callie as a puppy, that I would've had her 3 or 4 brothers with too....

These are our brother and sister minilabradoodles. They are now 9 years old. Andi was the runt of the litter but she is the "boss" around here. Poor Amos has a degenerative spinal condition and has already blown 2 of his discs and is blind in one eye and has cataracts in the other. He goes tomorrow to the doctor to see about having surgery on the one eye. These are our Christmas photos. They learned to "place" in puppy school and all I have to do is say "place" and point to the hearth and they go sit for their annual Christmas card picture.

Oh my heavens, they are all so cute!

I LOVE them all!! My brood has gone down since last time I posted, but we also have a new furkid (he's been with us about 14 months now).

First up Kitty Pop Sinclair. The moment daddy lies down to nap, Pop is on him.

Butrous Butter, or the Big Mouth Frog as we call him. Himies are very loud.

Newest baby-McNuckett. Or Baby Little. Except he's not little-he's enormous. He's almost 18 months old now and is bigger than any of our other cats. He's also a polydactyl.

The dogs: Our sweet old girl Zelda Mae. She's 11 and has slowed down so much in the last few months. I hate that.

Maximoto (Max). The pig toy is a serious bone of contention between him and Aurora. I had to buy more pigs (called peeg) so they wouldn't fight over it, but Aurora hoards them all and won't let Max get one.

I've posted before about my old girl. This is Lady in a younger year, sporting her Lady Eeyore ears from Disney (a gift from her aunt.) She has lost the mask and all of the brown, she's just black and white now. She's a bit over 15 and showing her years.

Yeah...she's an avg weight Female. I had to look it up tho'! She's 45lbs., right in normal range for Girls. Dogbreedinfo says 35-50lbs. for Lady Sammies. The breeds are related, but Female Eskies top out @ 35lbs normally.

This is Oscar, my French Bulldog and my Nephew Sampson the Lab. Sam stays with us sometimes. Oscar isn't really all that nice to him. Sam is the sweetest. Oscar is kind of a jerk, but we love him a lot.
