Plantslayer, I have also seen this on my indoor tomatos, both potato and regular leaf plants. Definitely not aphids. I suspect that it is some sort of fungus. It seemed to be relatively benign, the growth was isolated on the backsides of the lower leaves and it spread very slowly. It has always disappeared once I moved the plants outside, perhaps direct sunlight (UV?) kills it. Out of curiosity, are you using Promix BX or any soil additives with beneficial fungi? I was wondering if this is some kind of beneficial fungus that has managed to infect the leaves.

Twin bed with a desk and/or bookshelves and bulletin board Or several bulletin boards) and full-length mirror on back of door. Good lighting AND (if possible) a small chair. BASIC REASONS FOR EACH SUGGESTION: Twin bed to allow for more room (perhaps a blow-up Aero bed for guest?) Desk and/or bookshelves to develop a love of crafts, art projects, books and reading on real paper! (not just the computer!) Bulletin boards allow fast and easy changes of personal photos and "stuff" A full-length mirror on back of door for checking the full "look" (and to free up time in the family bathroom LOL!) Good lighting by the bed and around the whole room. A small cozy chair is wonderful to have a space that is so private (like a hug from your home!) Always loved having my own desk with my own books in my own room! (wish I had one now! sigh) Used the desk for MY art projects! LOVED having MY own books ..... Jan

It wouldn't be the flooring contractor's fault that the subfloors between the two sections would be a tiny bit off. If the difference is a large amount, iit's the GC's issue. If it's a small amount, then it's likely within ''normal'' tolerances of difference between new and old. It's virtually impossible to add on to a room and not notice that there is an addition. Sometimes you notice it right away, because the floor height may be different, or the ceiling may be different textures, or the walls may repeatedly crack between the new and old. Even if they were perfect when new, the new construction will settle once it dries out. It will never be perfect, and even if it is in the beginning, it will not stay that way.

2 entire roof sections would need to be redesigned, reframed, and reroofed. Then the roof wouldn't match the rest of the house. Add in the siding issue as well. And dust control, plus permitting and all the extra dollars of a high cost of living area. And that is if your unverified supposition was accurate and half he house didn't need to be reframed. I'd be surprised if you could do the job correctly for under 30K.
