Its only my second time there in 20-some years. My wife's family used to go there every summer for the month of August, and shortly after we started dating her family had a large reunion trip to the island. It happened to be the first time I met any of her family, and there sure were a lot of them. That trip (which was in August, years ago) the weather was mostly good, this trip the weather was cold, windy and rainy. So by my scientific sampling the weather is rotten about 50% of the time. Doesn't this look like great beach weather?

I haven't been out to do much photography lately so I'm sharing older shots I've taken. My son and his girlfriend when she was 36 weeks along with their cutest baby boy EVER! Seriously, EVER! :) I put together a book of maternity shots ending with pictures of them with their little baby, and gave it to them for Christmas. This is one of the shots in the book.

Socks, if you are asking about my pic with him and orange tractor, that is my front yard. 'Him' is my DH. I swear that he would take that tractor to bed with him if he could. My daughter has a great quote on her bathroom wall. It is written backwords so that it can be read from it's reflection in the mirror over the sink. It says, "Don't let yesterday fill up today". Nice variety of pics today!
