That Walmart thing happened to me just the other day. But really, potting soil is not a weird thing to ask for in the winter. People do still have house plants, right? Even if they don't get the ws thing, they should be able to realize that potting soil does not have a specific season. You use the Amazon gift cards you got for Christmas to order a bunch of seeds for plants you have not been able to find or never heard of. (After checking to make sure they were friendly for your zone) just to be able to have unique plants growing in your yard.

I'll look for that as I love how it looks, especially in your display with the lights under. I did some crafts a few years ago using Diamond vase filler, and some faux snow from Michaels and WM and vowed 'never again'. I may use what I have left in an apothecary tho to keep it contained as it is very pretty (as in Karen's last pic), just not when it's all over every surface and the floors! Tina - Yeah, it's interesting at times. The kids have been a touchy subject. I agree it's not the their fault. One time they were over and after a few hours, I'm sure you could read it all over my face that I was ready for them to leave, she says to me how she feels bad when she corrects him, and I'm not talking spanking. She is married but I'm not sure how involved he always is because of his job. I just stood there and listened, I couldn't bring myself to say a word. I should mention the girl's better behaved, for now, but their personalities are very different. Sometimes I feel like the only time she bothers to pick up the phone is when they're all due for cuts. She has said that herself and has apologized. I try and understand her schedule is very busy blah, blah. I used to drive all over creation doing people's hair and I had enough. If someone wants it done they can come to me. Mom keeps saying I should go over there for the same reasons you mentioned and it would keep stuff safe but my schedule is busy too and the last thing I feel like doing most days when I get home is driving waaay over to their house to do hair. I've done it before and the kids are still wild. I don't think I'm explaining this well but I'd rather have them come to my house, and chance it, than drive over there after I already drove all over creation that day. I know it sounds like I don't really like her and why do I bother? Because when we do get those quiet moments in between the squealing kids, we're old buddies again and I enjoy being around her. We're just in different chapters of our life and I'm hoping things get better as the kids get older. Our cat Mossimo likes everyone so he hangs out for a while when they come but eventually he hides with the others. They have animals and she does watch the kids with them. I'll bite my tongue over a materialist object but I won't for my cats or another animal. It really makes me mad when parents let their kids drag around/hold down/keep after, etc. an animal. That kid wouldn't like that done to them. Grr.

Okay I entered! Hope I got everything required because the part of the site is still down. I wrote up a few lines and submitted pictures of our floorplans as well as a collage of what we are using. (Stove, hood, faucet, doors, flooring, pendants, etc). Good luck everyone!!!
