The video link for "the Peppernator" eating my reaper pod!
Comments (8)This is a quote from Jim (a member of the other forum) regarding his conversation with Paul (the Peppernator) about the video: "After several months away from the pepper game to raise a young family, THE PEPPERNATOR has returned for perhaps the last time(?) Special thanks must go out to JutsFl who supplied the pods. Not wanting to spoil the video, I won't say too much else, but, THE PEPPERNATOR did want to make a few things clear, that are not apparent in the video. There was no puking in the video. 2. All activity that you will see was the sole result of mouth/throat burn. No stomach issues, at the time of the video. 3. There was no acting except for a brief comment about the pepper not being hot. An obvious joke. Also, this quote from an email sent to me by THE PEPPERNATOR, hours after the event: "I fell asleep on the bedroom floor not to long after I emailed you last night, and Monica couldn't wake me so she left me there. At 2:30 am I woke up with the most powerful hot rock in my stomach that I parked a little and then crapped a volcano, so the pepper was like on both sides of the system at once. It was so bad I was crawling on the floor saying never again, never again..." Jay...See MoreMy 7 Pod
Comments (29)People must really be bored.... I am,I'm at work-whats your excuse? Since I have several versions of the pepper in question, can I just call them part of my Super Hot Collection and still be cool? Can I still call the strain that looks like a brain(lumpy and round) Brain Strain or is that wrong too. I've never seen another 7_______(fill in the blank) like it. I'd hate for people to be "Busting a gut laughing at me "in Trinidad. I wonder how hard it was to figure out what anyone was talking about when they used either name - correct or not even if both are correct to many people. Must have been a real brain buster trying to figure out what the pictures were going to be of in the first place. Any of the strains I have will more than heat up 7 of anything you want them to, from cups to bowls to pots and pans. Even the dishwater in the sink you clean them with. Mine are a lot hotter than any Habanero I've ever eaten, including Red Savinas. Same with the several varieties of Trinidad Scorpions I also grow. You must have forgotten to sacrifice a virgin to the pepper gods or something and got some mild ones. This post is like when they let the spelling weenies out every once in a while on the internet. Since I'm part Irish does that mean I know everything there is to know about Mulligan Stew? I hope so,that would be cool. I was born in Mass. So I must also know everything there is to know about Boston baked Beans too. Cool. :) If you want to see some creative advertising and re naming of pepper varieties go to Pepper Joes. Tasmanian Habanero grows like an Annum not chinense. Among other liberties they take with names. Only 1:30 AM......I got 6 more hours to kill. Comments (32)Allison, I love your laundry room! I wish I had a bigger laundry room but just having one across from my bedroom and not in a tiny little closet and not having to go to the laundry mat is one of the nice features that sold me on the townhouse I bought a little less than 11 years ago. Where are your hampers? I just love your taste of knowing where everything should be in a room to create rooms with both class and beauty. I just bought two white wicker hampers with two compartments at Fran's Wicker & Rattan Furniture Store and were amazed at the just about no smell. They have velcro cotton drawstring bags inside and are very well sealed. I aired them out for a week so they will have no smell at all. I am glad I went with such pretty hampers that were reasonably priced for the quality. Now I have to take the suggestions I got from others on making the rest of the room nice when I have time....See MoreAre you still liking your Dropps dishwasher detergent?
Comments (66)You're so welcome! I'd like to give one last PSA regarding credit cards. Always, and I mean always, buy large-ticket items using a credit card. Even if you have saved "cash money" for the purchase, buy it using a credit card and then pay it off right away. There are so many consumer-savvy financial reasons to do this (points, etc.) but even if you don't get into the points business there are two big ones you need to know about: theft and early breakdown/damage. Credit cards carry extra protection for your purchases. For example, if your valuable item is stolen in the first 90-120 days (varies by card type), your card company will reimburse you the FULL purchase price with no deductible. My partner's brand new racing bicycle was stolen last summer. We could have filed under our homeowner's policy, paid the deductible, and watched our premium go up. Since it was a recent purchase, we filed it against our American Express and had the full purchase price reimbursed within a week. My United Visa has the same protection. The other reason is early breakdown or damage. If you bought a nice piece of crystal and broke it soon after purchase (isn't that how it always happens?), your card will reimburse you. American Express automatically extends the warranty for appliances to a second year, too. Many people have these benefits available to them and don't realize it even though they could take advantage of them. And take advantage you should! Even if you pay your credit card off every month, the banks and card brands make a fortune on your annual purchases (to the tune of 2-4% of the ticket total). Don't feel bad!!...See Moremamapinky0
