Unresponsive web page

A particular web page has become unresponsive (when I go to this page, there is a sentence at top of page that says Internet Explorer is not responding). Can someone guide me to try and track down the cause? This is a page I need to do my work report; the browser is Internet Explorer; Silverlight has been downloaded as the success of the reports relies on Silverlight. Thank you.

Have you tried using Firefox or Chrome?

Thanks for the suggestion. Chrome doesn't support Silverlight (actually, I can't get Chrome to open). Have thought about downloading Firefox. Thanks again.

If Updating or Replacing the Mouse Drivers doesn't work, I had a similar problem while using Microsoft Edge. Here is a link to what fixed mind: Scrolling Sluggishness Not sure if it will work for Chrome or Not? I never tried to see if the my problem was persisting in another Browser like IE or Chrome. Their suggestion did take care of my problem.

OK, it's been awhile since I streamed Netflix on a PC using Chrome, I see you're right. Thanks. Try Firefox then.

Have you tried to repair IE? Use Control Panel to navigate to Add/Remove Programs. Choose IE then choose Repair. That may fix the issue.

I did a windows update and problem seems to be fixed. Interestingly, when I went to the Add/Remove Programs screen, IE didn't appear on the list. Don't know why problem appeared in the first place, but grateful for the suggestions. Thank you.

Try this website on Chrome/ Comodo Dragon or Mozilla Firefox.
