Best time to move a 2yo Quince fruit tree (w/ new grafts on it)

Hello all,

One more question for today... I have a 2 year old Quince tree that I have grafted last year some Euro Pears and Medlars as well on a few branches. Its about 5ft high.

I was wondering what is the best time to move it... Fall (already passed), Winter (now), Late Winter (mid February), or Early Spring (mid March).

Based on some articles, I was thinking Fall or Spring (March). But I didnt move it in the Fall as I was worried that since the other grafted pear/medlar branches are pretty small (< 10"), so they might dry up in the winter while the main parts of quince tree would recover (main part of the tree is quince rootstock and 95% of the branches are a named quince variety). I dont want the leftover 5% outer parts of the tree where the grafts are to die.

So I'm delaying, but wasnt sure when is best time to transplant ... Transplant Now, so the roots can get established/settled? or Transplant in Spring so the new grafts don't die.

Thanks for your recommendations,
