My RO system selection - any feedback please

For our new house that is being built, I'm planning to install a 50GPD Aquapurion 5-stage RO system with a permeate pump from US Water (listed at $360). We plumbed to feed RO water from this under sink system to 2 sinks (including one with an instant hot), 2 fridge ice makers and an outdoor water dispenser. I selected the permeate pump to ensure we have enough pressure going to all five locations. The ERP500 permeate pump on this system is supposed to be very quite (compared to the higher GPD permeate pumps). I also plan to add a remineralization filter ($24) in line after the 5 stages. I figure we can easily remove this optional filter if we don't like the taste.

4 people live in the house. City water. Will have a water softener also. Maybe a house POE carbon filter also; not sure about this yet.

Any thoughts on this system? Should I consider anything different?
