As a 93+ year old whose horizons have narrowed and whose friends are rapidly disappearing into the Great Beyond I want all to know that I follow your posts daily, and feel that I know many of you. May you have a wonderful holiday.

I was thinking about you earlier this morning and hoping you were okay. Being 91+, "I know how it is." Two of my best friends here at the Retirement Community are 95+ and still up and going, in spite of this and that ailments. Thanks for chiming in. I hope you have a wonderful Merry Christmas!

That is wonderful Josh!!!! I think it's also in part of our locations. They are very sun sensitive. That would explain why people in the UK and Canada have buds/blooms way before we do. I also know that if you leave a window cracked at night they'll set buds regardless of light.

Merry Christmas! 🎄🎁 I am away from DH not only today but on our 40th tomorrow. But I am currently holding our littlest gbaby while she naps. The not so little 2yo. I might be one of the quieter GWbers (I still can't say the H word) but know that I enjoy coming here daily to see what everyone is up to and wish you all a happy holiday season!

Merry Christmas seniorgal! I truly envy you and any of the other gals here at the table that are into the advanced years-I am a little more than 1/2 your age,but tend to think more "old school",and so love all of your postings.
I certainly hope that 2016 finds you in good health and having the ability to continue in your day to day life.

You are *such* an addition to our Table! I want you to know that I have taken to heart what you reported as your mother's advice on coping with a challenge: "Take it in your hands, and deal with it." (I hope I have the right wording.) That just makes so much sense! Once you 'own' the challenge, you *will* deal with it, best you can.
